Download a "Public Records Request" form from the Wake County Clerk of the Court's website (See Resources). Print it out and complete it; include as much detail about the arrest records you want searched as possible. Submit your request for an arrest records search, with the $25 fee, to the Wake County Clerk of the Courts at the address below. The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) will retrieve the arrest records and deliver them to you via the method you selected.

Tips & Warnings
NCAOC accepts requests for arrest record searches via postal mail as well. The address is located on the bottom right of the "Public Records Request" form. Ensure you include a check or money order for the $25 fee in the envelope with your search request.
