How to Edit an SMS List on Facebook

A Facebook user's account settings can be accessed through the Account menu.

Facebook is a social networking website that allows you to create a list of Facebook notifications that you want to be notified of via SMS. You can set Facebook to notify you of everything from messages and friends requests to photo tags and comments. If you want to edit this SMS notification list to add or remove a notification, you can do so through your account settings in a few simple steps.

Instructions

1. Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to the Facebook login page.

2. Type your Facebook account email and password in the spaces provided and click the "Login" button to login to your Facebook account.

3. Click the "Account" link in the upper right corner of the Facebook home page.

4. Select the "Account Settings" option from the Account menu.

5. Click the "Notifications" tab on the "My Account" page.

6. Click the box to the right of each non-checked item listed beneath the "SMS" heading to add the item to your SMS notifications list. Click the box to the right of each checked item listed beneath the "SMS" heading to remove the item from your SMS notifications list.

7. Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to save the changes you made to your SMS notifications list.
