How to Get Moltite on "Neopets"
If you want the wily mechanic Tango to create a petpet for you in the game "Neopets," you will need to provide him with the correct supplies. In order to craft a pet, Tango requires Scrap Metal and Stone, Shiny Obsidian, Miscellaneous Gears and Red Moltite. You can find all of these materials, with the exception of Red Moltite, on the Moltara City map. Tracking down Red Moltite is a little more complicated.

Visit Lampwyck's Lights Fantastic in Moltara City. When you enter the shop, you will see a short cut scene.

Speak with Lampwyck in the shop to receive the Empty Lantern, which you will use to collect worms scattered around Moltara City and Moltara Caves.

Capture the five worms in Moltara City. The first is to the right of Town Hall, the second is on top of Cog's Togs, the third is directly in front of the vault, the fourth is just outside of the Tunnel Tumble entrance and the fifth is located at the Moltara Caves entrance.

Catch the remaining five worms in Moltara Caves. One is to the right of the bridge to the Gilded Page, one is next to the Petpetorium, one is near the magma pool, one is below the Arcanium and the last one is behind magma pool.

Click your Empty Lantern and select "Fill it with worms" on the pop-up that appears.

Run to the Dark Cave, which you can find in the very back of Moltara Caves.

Find your way through the Dark Cave. You will have to take four turns along the way, but the exact path changes from day to day.

Click "Take the Moltite" when you see the Red Moltite. You will find it glowing in the back corner of the last room of Dark Cave.
