California LLC Income Worksheet Instructions
The California LLC Income Worksheet allows the IRS and the State of California to track your income. This sheet will determine the amount of money your company will pay in taxes to both the state and federal government. The sheet itself contains simple to follow directions to complete the form. You can follow other basic steps to fully complete the worksheet in the best possible manner.

Only include California amounts in the calculus. The LLC income worksheet does not ask for global amounts. Fill out all areas on the worksheet with the proper California amounts.

Attach the LLC Income Worksheet to Form 568. You must obey this for filing purposes. Otherwise, your entire income will be considered from California and your taxes will grow immensely.

Include debt cancellation in your calculus. In accordance to IRC 61(a)(12), you have to include debt discharge as income. Also, do not place negative numbers into the lines for items 1b, 2b, 3b, 3c, 4, 8c and 17.
