Fry the shrimp in a pan using about ½ tsp. of olive oil in a skillet set on medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Season the shrimp if you prefer.

Deep-fry the shrimp by dipping each shrimp first in milk and then in flour. The milk helps keep the flour on the shrimp. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 inches of vegetable oil in a skillet set on medium-high heat. About 1 1/2 cups is usually enough but add more if necessary. Place shrimp on the skillet and cook until they turn a golden brown color.
