How to Drop a Lawsuit
Lawsuits aren't always the most convenient way to settle a dispute. The cost of bringing a lawsuit to court could outweigh the potential reward. The argument could be settled faster outside of court. Or you may decide there's no real worthy case surrounding what happened. In any case, dropping a lawsuit may be your best option. This may save you time, money and stress. The most straightforward way to end a lawsuit is to dismiss the case.
