How Do I Decrease the Size of a JPEG Picture?
JPEG is one of the most common files types used for images. JPEG image files are highly compressed, which makes the files smaller and more convenient for file-sharing. If you need to decrease the size of a JPEG image, you can do so using Paint, the default image-editing program in Windows. Using Paint, resizing a JPEG image is an easy task and can be performed in a matter of minutes.
