How to Set Up a DI-524 Router With DHG 535 Digital Broadband
The DHG 535 broadband router is designed to function as both a cable modem and a full router with network address translation capabilities. The router can connect directly to a single computer or, alternately, to a switch that permits multiple computers to share an Internet connection. The D-Link DI-524 router can act as both a switch and a wireless access point when connected to the DHG 535 cable modem. Turning off the DHCP server on the D-Link DI-524 ensures that it will not compete with the built-in DHCP on the DHG 535.
