How to Get Unidentified Items in AQWorlds
"Adventure Quest Worlds" ("AQWorlds") is a massively multiplayer online role-playing flash game (MMORPG) that is browser based so you don't have to download anything onto your computer in order to play it (References 1). During the game you can complete a repeatable quest for an unidentified item. The reward for the quest is another unidentified item that you can use as a weapon. This quest, called Secret Item, is only available to paying members.

Go talk to Drudgen the Assistant in Nulgath's Shop. Accept the "Secret Item" quest.

Go to Willow Creek and kill the Hidden Spy with any attacks needed to take him down. The Hidden Spy will re-spawn and you can kill him again if he didn't drop the items you need. Keep killing the Hidden Spy until he drops both the Secret 1 and Unidentified 13. (References 2)

Talk to Drudgen the Assistant again and give him the Secret 1 and Unidentified 13. He'll give you the Unidentified Item of Miltonius.
