Download and install GoTrusted. Click the "Gotrusted!" button inside of the program to create a fake IP address to hide your real one. The program is free to try out for a week before you need to pay a regular fee to use it.

Visit a proxy site such as The Fast Browser. Type in the name of a website you'd like to visit while hiding your IP address into the text box at the top. Click "Go" to navigate to the site through the proxy.

Navigate to the Clean Surf website. Paste in a website address into the text box in the middle of the page. Click "Surf" to hide your IP while visiting that site. Clean Surf originates in Singapore.
