Google forms are a quick way to receive and organize user information.

Customize a Google form response to add a personal touch to a form. When someone fills out your form online, instead of getting a generic message, you can tell readers that you appreciate them sending you the information. You can even customize this further by providing your users information about how long to wait for an official response and what to do in the meantime. The possibilities are endless and the process simple.
