How to Redirect Your Blogger
Google's Blogger platform lets you redirect an old blog to a new blog address when you decide to move to a new Blogger address. When users type your Blogger domain into the address bar, the user is automatically redirected to the new address. The redirect function is set up in the Blogger publishing settings.

Open a Web browser on your computer. Type the location of your Blogger blog in the address text box and press "Enter." Click the "Log In" link at the top and type your user name and password into the login screen.

Click the "Settings" tab at the top of your dashboard. Click the "Publishing" link directly under the "Settings" tab to view a list of publishing settings.

Type a new location in the "New Blogspot Address" text box. Click "Save" to save the redirect settings. The changes take effect immediately.
