How to Get Rid of the Blogger Title Bar

How to Get Rid of the Blogger Title Bar thumbnail
Blogger is a blog publishing service.

The Blogger title bar, also called the Blogger navigation bar, appears at the top of all default Blogger templates. The Blogger title bar contains the Blogger logo and a search field that allows people to search your blog. While some bloggers may find this useful, you may find it takes up space and detracts from the aesthetics of your blog. Fortunately, the Blogger title bar can be removed.

Instructions

    • 1

Log into Blogger using your account name and password.

    • 2

Click the "Layout" tab and then the "Edit HTML" tab. Your blog's HTML appears under the "Edit Template" heading.

    • 3

Scroll down through the HTML until you locate a double right bracket (]]) followed by "></b:skin>".

    • 4

Replace the code from the previous step with "#navbar-iframe,#navbar { display: none !important; } " immediately followed by the double right bracket (]]), followed by "></b:skin>".

    • 5

Click "Save Template." The Blogger title bar is gone.
