How to Do New Emotes in "Final Fantasy XI"
"Final Fantasy XI" is a massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) for the PC that allows you to interact with other players and quest through the game's massive world. Since the avatars are a virtual representation of you, it is only fitting that they have the ability to express their emotions. Emotes are actions that players can perform in the game that can display the current emotions of the player or avatar.

Login to your "Final Fantasy XI" account and start playing as one of your characters.

Left-click the chat box at the bottom-left of the screen. Clicking in the bottom bar will allow you to enter text to share with other players.

Type an emote into the line, whether it be new or old. Emotes are typically preceded by a "/."

Press the "Enter" key. If you have entered the emote correctly, your character will begin performing the action.
