How to Unsubscribe to "Country Life" on Facebook

You can permanently remove "Country Life" from your Facebook account.

Facebook allows developers to create online games for the social-networking website. "Country Life" is one such application, letting you fill the role of a virtual farmer, harvesting crops and raising animals. Many of these Facebook games, including "Country Life," are notorious time wasters. If you no longer want to play "Country Life," you can remove the temptation of tending to your farm by deleting the application from your account.

Instructions

1. Click "Account" at the top right and choose "Privacy Settings" from the list. A new page loads.

2. Locate the "Apps and Websites" section of the page and click "Edit your settings." A list of settings appears.

3. Click the "Edit Settings" button in the "Apps you use" section. Your applications appear, including "Country Life."

4. Click the "X" next to "Country Life" and choose "Remove" when prompted.
