Visit the Google Apps sign-up page at Google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new.

Type your domain name into the "Enter Your Domain Name" field, then click "Get Started."

Fill out your personal information, including your first name, last name, email address and phone number, in the Account Administrator section.

Enter the requested information about your organization into the fields in the Organization Information section. When finished, click the "Continue" button.

Create an administrative username and password, then enter the Word Verification captcha as it's shown.

Click the check box to agree to Google's terms and conditions, then click the "I Accept. Continue With Set Up" button. You are now dropped into the Administrative Panel for your custom domain name's Google Apps account.
