Email is a useful tool for when you need to send information to another person or a group of people. With a couple of simple steps, users can connect colleagues in an email. This helps when you want to collaborate with and introduce colleagues. Instead of phone conversations and attempting to get the colleagues in the same location together, virtual introductions can occur through email.

Launch your email client or log into your email service.

Start a new email. Type the colleagues' email addresses in the "To" or "Cc" fields. Type a subject of the email in the "Subject" field.

Write an introduction in the email that indicates who everyone is that is receiving the message. Highlight the colleagues that do not know each other and virtually introduce them, especially if they will be working together.

Add phone numbers and contact information in the body of the email of those colleagues that need to be connected. Send the email.
