How to Add a Slideshow to a Blog Using Picasa & Blogger
With the Picasa photo organizer offered by Google, you can organize pictures you have taken on your computer's hard drive. These photo albums can be uploaded to Picasa's Web Albums page to display online. When combined with the tools in Google's Blogger platform, which allows you to create free blogs online, you can display the photos in a Picasa Web Album consecutively as a slideshow. These slideshows can be displayed on your Blogger blog.

Open your Web browser. Navigate to the Picasa Web Albums homepage and log in.

Click on the photo album you want to turn into a slideshow on Blogger.

Click "Link to this album," then highlight the text that appears in the "Paste HTML to embed in website" box.

Right-click on the highlighted text. Click "Copy."

Navigate to your Blogger account in a new browser window.

Click the "New Post" button under the title of the blog you want to work with.

Click on the "Edit HTML" tab. Right-click inside the text box and click "Paste" to insert the code you copied on the Picasa Web Albums page. Click on "Publish Post" to create a Picasa slideshow on your Blogger blog.
