How to Keep Score on the Game "Greed"
"Greed" is a game that combines both skill and luck, with players rolling a set of six dice, labelled with the letters "G," "R," "E," "E" and "D," as well as the dollar sign. Players attempt to first create a scoring hand, then have the chance to wager their current score in an effort to earn additional points. Carrying on for too long can end in disaster, however, with a player receiving no points for her turn.

1
Roll all six dice.
-
2
Check the dice for scoring rolls, and re-roll all six dice if 500 points is not scored. Scoring Rules:

3
Set aside one or more dice, then pick up the remaining dice if you wish to roll on.
-
4
Roll the dice you picked up again.
-
5
Repeat the rolling process, deciding to stop or keep trying, until the roller keeps their score or fails to throw a scoring die or dice. If a player elects to roll again but cannot create a scoring roll from the dice rolled, without the use of set-aside dice, the player's turn ends on 0 points.
-
6
Score the dice when the active player elects to stop rolling, provided at least one die rolled on the last roll was a scoring die.
-
7
Pass the dice to the left and continue playing until a player reaches 5,000 points.
-
8
Award each player one final turn, then compare scores after all other players have played one additional turn to find a winner.
