How to Burn a CD from a Windows Media Player Video Download
You can burn a Windows Media Player video directly to a CD using the disk-burning feature included in Windows. You can access this feature easily simply by inserting a blank CD into your computer's CD burner. Windows' CD burning software pops up and allows you to burn directly to the CD using a Windows Explorer-style interface.

Insert your blank CD into your CD burner.

Select the autoplay option labeled "Burn files to disc using Windows Explorer."

Name your CD.

Choose "With a CD/DVD player" to tell Windows what you are burning with. Click "Next."

Drag your movie file from its location to the burning Explorer window. Select "Burn to disc." Your data is burned to your blank CD, so you'll have the video on your disc.
