How to Get Paid for Ustream
Live broadcast platform Ustream allows anyone with an Internet connection and camera to broadcast their content. Events range from high school sports games to political rallies. Ustream allows some users to monetize their events through pay-per-view by selling tickets and providing recorded, post-show video-on-demand. Getting paid for Ustream is achieved by filling out forms, enabling your account, setting up, and making changes to your dashboard.

Fill out your details on the Web-based form "Interested in doing PPV" if you haven't already been accepted into the system. Explain your show concept and wait for Ustream to contact you.

Set up a PPV event if you've been accepted into the system by logging into your Ustream account and going to your dashboard. Click on "Account Settings" and enter your PayPal account details.

Set up the event by clicking "Manage Your Show" and click "Your Events." Schedule the event in the Web form and click "Save." Press the "Broadcast" button to execute your broadcast and click "Start Broadcast." Viewers can purchase tickets during the event.

After the event, go to "Your Videos" again and click on the wrench icon. Modify the PPV price if you want to sell at different live prices and on-demand prices. Click "Metrics" in the dashboard post-event to see revenue and the number of viewers.
