How to Get Into Windows Vista With System Privileges
To get into the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system with administrative privileges, you must assign the system credentials to your user account in the User Account Management feature of Vista. In Vista, only two levels of privileges may be assigned. The user may have a standard account, or an account with administrative rights. However, even if your account has administrative rights, Vista will run your account as a standard-level account until administrative privileges are needed. Administrator rights are necessary for installing programs or making other changes to the computer that affect all users.
