How to Get a Lock Combination for My Samsonite Luggage

Not all luggage locks have keys; some have combination locks.

Samsonite luggage comes with luggage locks to prevent your items from being stolen while you're traveling. When you purchase a piece of luggage with an attached lock or any of the single locks sold by Samsonite, you're given a preset lock combination of "000." You can use the preset combination or you can reset the combination yourself.

Instructions

1. Pick three numbers to use as your luggage lock combination. Choose a set of numbers you can easily remember. For example, use your date of birth or your anniversary.

2. Locate the lever or button on the side of the lock and push it down as you change the numbers to your newly chosen combination.

3. Release the button or lever once your new combination is set. From this point on, the three numbers shown on your luggage when you released the button or lever is your combination. Use this process to change the combination at any time.
