How to Retrive Internet History
One handy feature of your Internet browser is that it keeps a list of the sites you visit, called the Internet History. Many times, this information simply takes up space, but if you need to find some information on a site, and you cannot remember the site name, your history list is invaluable. However, when you go to clear system space, one of the first things your computer will delete is your internet history, but there is a way to undo this delete to view your deleted history.

Retrieve Current History

Open Internet Explorer.

Click the "Favorites" button to open the Favorites pane.

Click the "History" tab to show your browsing history.
Retrieve Deleted History

Click the "Start" button.

Type "System Restore" in the Search field.

Click the "System Restore" option from the list.

Use the Wizard to select a restore point. Select a time before you deleted your Internet history.
