How to Draw Armors in AQW Style
Many characters in the RPG "Adventure Quest Worlds" wear armor to protect themselves from attack. Though there is no standard armor in the online game, some characters wear traditional armor covering their entire bodies. "Adventure Quest Worlds" avatars are shorter than the average person with larger heads and eyes. If you wish to draw many different types of armor, print out pictures of different avatars wearing their armor. You may wish to add weapons or backgrounds to the picture.

1
Print out an image of an "Adventure Quest Worlds" character wearing armor.
-
2
Draw the head of the armor. Draw an oval slightly larger than the head. At the top of the armor, draw fins or horns. Draw a thin, long triangle at the right and left corner of the top of the armor. Draw two eye holes or a rectangular eye hole that extends along the entire width of the eyes. The eye holes should be located just above the middle of the armor.

3
Add shoulders to the armor. Draw a vertical line that extends from the side of the face to slightly below the head. The height of this line depends upon the bulkiness of the armor. A very strong armor will have a line as tall as the head. Draw a diagonal line at the bottom of the vertical line. The diagonal line should create an angle between 110 and 140 degrees. Connect the diagonal line and the top of the vertical line with a rounded line. Draw the other shoulder of the armor on the other side.
-
4
Draw the arms of the armor Draw two short lines for the upper arm. Connect these lines to a long rectangle that extends inward. At the end of the rectangle, draw the hands of the armor. The arms should be between two and three times as long as the head.
-
5
Add the chest of the armor. Draw a curved line just under the head to draw the top of the chest. Move to the right of the line, along the bottom edge of the shoulder. Draw a line that curves inwards. Draw a horizontal line for the waist and extend it to the other side of the chest. Add several horizontal lines above the waist to symbolize the texture of the armor. The entire chest should be between 1.5 and two times the length of the head.
-
6
Connect the chest to the crotch plate of the armor. Draw a short triangle with its base along the bottom of the chest. Erase the tip of the triangle and replace it with a flat line.
-
7
Add the legs of the armor. Draw a thin rectangle for the top of the leg. Draw a wide rectangle for the bottom of the leg and connect it to a rectangle with a rounded top. The legs should be slightly longer than the chest.
