Cookies are pieces of tracking software that websites load on your browser to track where you go online. If you would like to view all of the cookies that have been passed onto your computer, you can open the Cookies folder on your system. The Internet Explorer software on your system will log all of the cookies that are loaded onto the computer. You don't have to be a computer technician to locate the cookies on your computer. You can do it yourself with little hassle.

Click the "Windows Explorer" option in the "Start" menu.

Click the "Organize" button at the top-left side of the window and then click the "Folder and search option" from the menu.

Click on the "Folder Options" window and then click "View." Click on the "Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drive" option. Click on the "OK" button.

Click the "Start" button and then click the "Computer" option. Click "Users" and then click on your username from the list. Click on the "AppData" option and then click the "Roaming" option.
