How to Draw Horses in MS Paint
Drawing a horse using MS Paint can be interesting. MS Paint is a free software that comes built-in to almost all computers running on the Windows Operating System. It is fairly easy to use. Not only can you draw horses in MS Paint, but you can also color them, add backgrounds and create a beautiful painting by just clicking on the mouse. Go to the start menu of your computer and click on "All Programs." Click on "Accessories" and then select "Paint." Open a new canvas.

From the left panel, choose the "Pencil" tool. Place the cursor in the middle of the canvas and, with the help of the mouse, draw the outline of a horse. It works just like a normal pencil does on paper. You just have to be keep your hand steady. Move slowly. If you make an error, select the "Eraser" tool from the left panel and erase it.

Move the cursor into the body of the horse and draw the eyes, nose and ears. You could also draw some patches on the horse's body and give him a mane. Draw the tail, too.

Locate the color box, either on the top or the bottom of the screen. Select the color you want by clicking on it. Use the "Fill With Color" tool to color your horse. Once the color is selected and the "Fill With Color" tool is activated, place the cursor in the middle of the drawing and left-click. Repeat the same procedure for the smaller diagrams like the patches, mane, eyes and ears. Color them in shades of your choice.

Add some colors to the background if you please. This can be done by using the "Fill With Color" tool. Once done, save the picture by clicking "Control" and the "S" key.

Tips & Warnings
The "Text" tool can be used to insert text into your picture. So if you want to write the horse's name or sign your own name on the picture, do so using the "Text" tool.
Remember to run the pencil right through the outlines. Any break in the lines, no matter how small, will result in the colors spilling when the "Fill With Color" tool is used.
