How to Convert a Mac File to a PC PowerPoint File

Apple makes a presentation software called Keynote, which is sold as a component of iWork and comes standard on all Mac laptops and computers. Keynote is similar to Microsoft PowerPoint, and presentations made in Keynote can be saved as a Microsoft PowerPoint file. This capability allows you to open your Keynote presentation on a PC computer that does not have Keynote.
