How to Email a Video to Facebook
Facebook supports the uploading of photos and videos by email. Each Facebook account is assigned a custom email address. When you send a message to this address with a video or photo attached, it will be processed and automatically added to your Facebook profile. By default, the video goes in the "Mobile Uploads" folder; however, you can always access your Facebook account later and move it into a different folder if you wish.

Sign into your Facebook account.

Access the Facebook mobile page (facebook.com/mobile). Here you'll see the custom email address to upload photos or videos. Copy it.

Sign into your email account and begin composing a new message

Paste the custom Facebook email address into the "To:" box.

Attach the video file using your email account's attachment feature. Send the message. The video will be automatically added to your Facebook account.

Tips & Warnings
Type a subject line, if desired. The subject line will be used as the video's caption/title.
