Kittens have sensitive eyes, and this can be a problem when they get eye boogers. Even if you try to wash the area with warm water, the boogers will not come out of the fur. It's not tricky to get the embedded gunk out of the fur around their eyes, but you do need to visit your local pet store to purchase the appropriate supplies. Purchase eye cleansing pads specialized for cats. This cleanser is less intense than for human skin and contains ingredients to work eye boogers out of fur.
