How to Turn Off CSS in Dreamweaver

Adobe Dreamweaver provides new website owners with a convenient interface to manage, design and edit Web pages. CSS controls the design and layout of your HTML Web pages. Dreamweaver makes it more convenient to turn CSS on and off. Turning off CSS stops the style from displaying on your Web page, so you can change the website design.

      Click the Windows "Start" button on your development computer and click "All Programs." Click "Adobe" in the program groups, then click "Dreamweaver."

      Click the "File" menu item, then click "Open." Double-click your project file name to load the code in Dreamweaver.

      Click the "Windows" menu item after the code loads. Select "CSS Styles" from the list of options. A window opens with a list of your CSS styles.

      Click "Disabled" to disable the CSS styles. Click "OK" to save the settings.
