Verify that you are using the paid "Pro" version of TVersity if you are attempting to use the service on your iPad, iPod or other type of iOS device. The free version of TVersity supports the Windows operating system, but only the paid version supports other external devices. The paid version is available in the "Downloads" page of the main TVersity website.

Make sure that you are using one of the supported computer operating systems. TVersity will only run on Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Older versions of Windows like ME or 98 are not supported. The software may install but it will not work properly.

Use the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome Web browsers to access online content alongside the TVersity software. TVersity does not support the Internet Explorer Web browser and as a result certain pieces of content may not load at all if you attempt to use that browser. Both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are free downloads.

Run Windows Update. Both the free and paid versions of TVersity require DirectX 9.0 and Windows Media Player 9.0 on your machine. Running Windows Update (available in the "Start" menu) will make sure that you have the most recent versions of each piece of software.
