How to Delete Numbers in Firefly

The Firefly cell phone was designed primarily with children in mind. An adult will purchase and set up the phone for their child. This includes all of the phone numbers the child will need. If a number changes or is no longer relevant, you can remove the number from the Firefly phone to make room for a new one.

Instructions

1. Press and hold the green "Send" button until you are prompted to enter your PIN.

2. Enter the PIN and press "OK." The PIN is the password that was created when the parent of the child set up the phone.

3. Scroll to "Delete" and press "OK."

4. Select the name or number of the contact you want to remove.

5. Press "Del" to delete the contact, and then "Yes" when prompted to confirm that you want to delete the contact.

Tips & Warnings

• If you cannot remember your PIN, it needs to be reset. This is done by skipping the PIN request, scrolling to "Option," selecting "Default Settings," and then pressing "Dad," "Mom," "Phone Book," "Mom," "Mom" and "Phone Book." The PIN is then reset to "1234."
