How to Dry Marshmallow Fondant
Marshmallow fondant is sometimes preferred over traditional fondant recipes as it tends to have a sweeter flavor and a texture that is easier to work with. While the ingredients are slightly different, marshmallow fondant is used in the exact same ways as the traditional variety. To get the best results, marshmallow fondant must have the ideal moisture level so it isn't sticky, but still pliable without the risk of cracks or breaks.
