How to Get Rid of a K9 Filter
K9 is an Internet filtering program that helps parents or network administrators control the type of content Internet users can access when surfing the Web. With K9 you can filter Web content by categories (gambling, pornography, social networking); however, sometimes K9 may filter websites that you do not want blocked. You can get rid of a filter being imposed on any given website by adding the website's URL to the list of sites you want K9 to allow access to. This is a user friendly task that is accomplished through the K9 administration, configuration and reporting interface.
