How to Change the Color in Littlefox

Mozilla Firefox's Littlefox plug-in can compact your browser's menu bars and provide you with more space for browsing the Web. However, the extra screen space provided by the browser modification comes with an unappealing dull gray theme. Fortunately, you can add some color to Littlefox with Mozilla's brand of themes. With the help of Mozilla's "Personas," Littlefox can look just as good as Firefox.

Instructions

    • 1

      Launch Littlefox.

    • 2

Download a free copy of version 1.4 of Mozilla's Personas plug-in. Navigate your Web browser to Mozilla's "Personas Plus Version History" site (see Resources.) Click on the "Add to Firefox" option next to the "Version 1.4" heading. The plug-in will begin installing. The installation process takes only a few seconds. You'll be asked to restart your browser once the "Personas" plug-in has been installed.

    • 3

Close Littlefox after the Personas plug-in has installed, and then relaunch the browser. Navigate Littlefox to Mozilla's Personas gallery (see Resources.)

    • 4

Click on the "Solid" heading in the list of categories in the Personas gallery. Hover your cursor over the personas in the gallery to preview them.

    • 5

Click on the desired persona, and then click on the "Add to Firefox" button to apply it to Littlefox.

    • 6

Restart Littlefox for the changes to take effect.
