Is There Any Way to Stop "World of Warcraft" From Automatically Logging Out?
"World of Warcraft," being an extremely popular game, has thousands of players on most of its servers (known in-game as realms) at any given time. Because of this, players are logged out of the game automatically if they leave the game unattended. This helps to prevent login queues from building up and improves the overall game experience for everyone. However, because you can not log out during combat unless your connection is lost, it is possible to prevent the automatic log-off feature without using exploits or downloading any add-ons, which are banned by Blizzard.

2
Head to any capital city of your faction and find a target dummy training area. Every faction capital has them. In Stormwind City, they can be found in the east of the Old Town district. In Orgrimmar, there are three locations around the Valley of Honor on the eastern side of the map.

Step up to the training dummy and right-click on it to start your autoattack. Your character will continue to attack the training dummy even when you are not present. Because the training dummy cannot be killed and you cannot log off during combat, you can remain logged in indefinitely.
