How to Report to the BBB
The Better Business Bureau is an organization that consumers can turn if they have complaints about a company, service or product. When reporting to the BBB, you'll need information about the company you are reporting, such as address, and the name and the product or service for which you have a complaint. The BBB will take your information and forward it to the company in question. The company has a chance to respond to the complaint and both sides responses will be archived online for anyone to access. Multiple complaints will affect a company's rating with the BBB.
