How to Clear Blocks to Good Luck
You want things to work out in your favor, but everything seems to turn sour. You wonder if you can do something that will bring you blessings instead of bad luck. Fortunately, your luck can change and funnel happiness and abundance your direction. Sit down, get comfortable and open your mind and heart to change your luck using a combination of Heartmath and meridian tapping. These two techniques help your heart and mind focus on releasing negative blocks in your life and create powerful energies of abundance, health and happiness through the power of intention.

Examine your thought processes. Ask yourself what thoughts fill your mind. You draw to you what you think most about. If your thoughts are negative, you draw the negative energy of bad luck. Stop worrying and focusing on what you don't want.

Breathe in deeply so that your belly lifts and slowly breathe out through your mouth, releasing and blowing away the negative energy you have been holding inside. Focus only on your breath and relax your body. Repeat this several times until you feel in control and relaxed.

Focus on the blessings in your life. Make a list of everything you have to be thankful for and audibly give thanks for each one. Focus all your attention on being grateful for what you already have.

Tap three times on the top of your head and three times over your heart to use the Heartmath method of getting your brain's attention and then instructing your heart to remember. Repeat this three more times to get the attention of your mind and seal it in your heart.

Use meridian tapping to create new, more healthy ways of living. Use the middle three fingers on one hand to tap on the bottom edge of the other hand between the base of the little finger and the wrist. Affirm that you deserve good things, can manifest good things in your life and that even now good luck is manifested in your life. Tap and affirm this for about 30 seconds.

Begin the tapping circuit as you audibly affirm the blessings of good luck in your life. Tap in rotation beginning between your eyebrows, on your temple beside your eye, under your eye, under your nose, on your chin, on your chest just under your collarbone, on your side under your armpit and on the crown of your head. At each tapping point, make a different affirmation, such as I receive good luck in my life, my life is blessed with an abundance of good things, I am happy and blessed or good luck follows me wherever I go. Make the full tapping circuit three times.

Tap your heart to seal the affirmations into your attention and subconscious.

Breathe deeply in and out three times, following your breath with your mind. Allow yourself to fully relax for a few minutes before getting up and continuing with your day.
