How to Download a Song Into PowerPoint
When adding a song to a PowerPoint presentation, you can add a link to a song, or you can download the song and embed the song into your PowerPoint presentation. Placing the song in your presentation will increase the size of the PowerPoint file, but it will allow you to play the song regardless of what computer you are using or whether or not you have Internet access. At the time of publication, you can only embed WAV music files into PowerPoint.
