How to Make Fig Vodka
If you're looking for a drink to serve at your summer bash that will have your guests murmuring with delight, mixing up some fig vodka is the way to go. As with many flavored vodkas, the process takes anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month as you soak figs in vodka, in a chilled environment. The end result will be a surprisingly sweet and smooth concoction, perfect for a warm afternoon or evening. Does this Spark an idea?

Carefully wash and then stem a dozen figs. Do not squeeze out the juice or remove the seeds at this time.

Place the figs in the gallon jar. Then, add 24 ounces of vodka.

Put a lid on the jar and store in a refrigerator for two days.

Pour the mixture through a strainer and store in a sealed jar for as long as a month.

Open the vodka and serve to your friends.
