How to Capture Twitter Hash Tag Tweets
By performing a simple search, Twitter users are able to aggregate all of the tweets about a certain topic into one feed. Instead of having to do the same search over and over again whenever you want to find a particular hash tag, Twitter allows people to save their searches.
Instructions

1
Log in to your Twitter account with your username and password.
-
2
Go to the Search box at the top of the Profile or Home page. Type in the hash tag that you want to search for. For example, if you're looking for all tweets with a "nutrition" hash tag, type "#nutrition" into the search box, then press Enter. All recent tweets with that hash tag will appear in your search results.
