How to Print Pictures From a Dell All-in-One Printer

With the Dell All-in-One Printer you can print copies of your favorite pictures in a variety of sizes. Whether you choose to print photos that you have taken with your digital camera, or photos that you have scanned into your PC, the Dell All-in-One Printer can do the job. Although some models of the Dell All-in-One Printer include a PictBridge that allows you to print images directly from a PictBridge-enabled digital camera, this article assumes that digital and scanned pictures are already on your computer.

Instructions

      Load photo or glossy paper into your printer. Whether you load the paper print-side facing up or down depends on your printer model.

      Make sure your printer is connected to your computer, then turn both of them on.

      Click on the picture you want to print, then select "Open with Windows Photo Gallery" or "Open with Windows Photo Viewer" from the drop-down menu.

      Click the "Print" button on the toolbar, then select "Print" from the drop-down menu.

      Select "Dell All-in-One Printer" as your printer in the "Print Pictures" dialog box, then specify your print settings by selecting your paper size, print style, print resolution and the number of copies you want to print.

      Click "Options" at the bottom of the "Print Pictures" dialog box, then click "Printer Properties" to open the "Printing Preferences" dialog box.

  • Remove each photo as soon as it prints to prevent photos from smudging or sticking together.
