How Do I Cancel My Graboid Video Account?

Graboid offers thousands of videos, for a price.

The Graboid video service lets you download movies and TV shows from the company's online library. Plans cost, as of 2011, between $5 and $30 dollars each month, and like many only services, Graboid charges you automatically at the start of each billing period. If you gave Graboid a credit card number, you can cancel your subscription by logging into the service's website. If you subscribed using PayPal, you must cancel the subscription from within PayPal itself.

Instructions

Cancel a Credit Card Subscription

1. Visit the Graboid home page.

2. Enter your username and password in the text boxes in the screen's upper-right corner.

3. Click "Login." The "Members Area" screen will open.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, to the "Payment History" section of the page. Click "Cancel." A new window will open.

5. Click "Confirm" on this window's screens until a link appears reading "Close this window." Click this link.

Cancel a PayPal Subscription

1. Log into your PayPal account.

2. Click on "History," which is the link between "Withdraw" and "Statements."

3. Click on the "Details" link next to the entry for "Subscription Creation to Graboid Inc."

4. Click "Cancel subscription" on the page that opens.
