      Draw a scallop shape on the edge of the tissue paper with a pencil.

      Attach the tissue paper to the trim of the towel with craft pins. The edge of the tissue paper should align with the edge of the towel.

      Trim the scallop shape in the tissue paper and the towel with rotary cutters or craft pins. Follow the pencil drawing on the tissue paper as a guideline.
