How to Send Out a ChaCha Invite
ChaCha differs from other search sites such as Google and Bing because users have human "guides" performing searches for them. While the search engines use complex algorithms to figure out which websites should appear highest on results lists, ChaCha connects users with searchers via instant messaging, and the search guides find answers to the users' questions. If you're interested in being a ChaCha guide, the only way is to receive an invitation from a current guide. If you're a guide, though, you have an incentive to invite others to join, because you receive a percentage of all of your invitees' income.
