How to Uninstall & Install Norton 360
Norton 360 is an Internet security suite that is used to prevent and remove spyware and virus infections. While Norton 360 is considered to be reliable, occasionally problems may occur that can only be resolved by uninstalling and re-installing Norton 360. The process of uninstalling and re-installing Norton 360 is simple, provided you know the correct way to go about it.

Right-click the Norton 360 icon on the right-side of the taskbar, and select "Exit." Click "Yes" when asked if you want to quit.

Click "Start," "All Programs" and then "Control Panel." Click "Programs and Features."

Scroll down and select "Norton 360." Click "Uninstall/Change." Click "Yes" when asked if you really want to uninstall the program.

Click "Next" to begin the uninstall of Norton 360. Click "Finish." Click "Start," "Shutdown" and then "Restart" to complete the uninstall process.

Insert your Norton 360 CD disc. If you downloaded Norton 360 originally, visit the website to re-download the file.

Click "Install Norton 360" after inserting the CD disc. If you downloaded Norton 360 originally, double-click the installation executable.

Click "User License Agreement," and then click "Close." Click "Agree and Install" to begin the installation process.

Click "Activate Now." Type the product key for Norton 360. This key can be found on the CD case for your copy of Norton 360 or in the confirmation email you received from Norton when purchasing Norton 360 through the website. If you have lost the key, you can contact Norton via the Norton website to retrieve the key. Click "Next."

Type in your email address within "Norton Account," and click "Next." Type in your Norton account password. Click "Next." Click "Done" to complete the installation process.
