Instructions

  1. Vodka Honey Mint

    • 1

Place 8 to 10 mint leaves at the bottom of a collins glass, depending on how minty you want the drink. Break up the leaves at the bottom of the glass with the end of a wooden spoon to release the mint oil.

    • 2

Pour 2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice, 1/2 oz. agave nectar or honey, 3 oz. fresh honeydew juice and a handful of ice into a cocktail mixer and then shake to combine.

    • 3

Pour the cocktail into the glass and add more ice, if desired. Garnish with a lime or honeydew slice or two mint leaves.

    Rum Honey Mint

    • 4

Make honey simple syrup by combining equal parts honey and water and boil for 1 minute to break down the sugar. Allow to cool before using.

    • 5

Pour 1 1/2 oz. rum (or light rum), 1 oz. honey simple syrup and 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice into a glass.

    • 6

Pour the mixed drink into a collins glass, add ice and top off with club soda.

    • 7

Garnish the cocktail with mint leaves.

    Non-Alcoholic Honey Mint

    • 8

Pour 1 oz. each honey simple syrup and fresh lime juice into a glass, and fill halfway with ice before stirring together.

    • 9

Fill the glass with club soda.

    • 10

      Garnish with mint leaves.
