How to Unblock Hotmail Attachments
Hotmail is Microsoft's free Web-based email service. By default, Hotmail automatically blocks attachments sent from unrecognized email addresses to protect the safety of the user. This can be frustrating and annoying if you know the email attachment is safe. Fortunately, you can unblock an email attachment easily and download any attached files. Additionally, you can set Hotmail to always show attachments from the specified email address, if you know the sender is a safe source.
