How Can I Type an Interrobang on Facebook? thumbnail
You cannot create an interrobang using symbols on Facebook, so copy it from another source.

An interrobang is a non-standard form of punctuation that looks like a question mark and an exclamation mark combined. Although you can find it in some fonts, people usually replace the original symbol with separate question and exclamation marks, as in "!?" or "?!." Facebook does not display HTML or unicode symbols, so if you want to type an original interrobang symbol into Facebook, you will have to copy and paste the symbol from another source.

Instructions

    • 1

Go to facebook.com and log into your Facebook account.

    • 2

Go to facebook.com/group.php?gid=2232305477 in a separate window. Highlight one of the interrobang symbols in the text on this page, hold down "Ctrl" and press "C."

    • 3

Return to your Facebook profile and click the blank status text box at the top of the page. Hold down "Ctrl" and press "V." This will paste the interrobang symbol into your status and you can repeat this as many times as you want.

    • 4

Hit "Enter" on your keyboard to post your status update. Your Facebook contacts will now be able to see your update with the interrobang included, and you can use this symbol in posts as well.
